Spaces to Influence

The creator economy is one of the fastest-growing industries on the planet. What started as bedroom vlogs and smartphone cameras has become a multi-billion pound industry, one that now attracts the attention of government, global investors, and some of the biggest brands in the world. Attention is the currency now.

Connect Management are right at the heart of that story, a London based talent agency managing creators, building brands, and helping the next generation of digital talent turn their audiences into businesses. When they came to us to redesign their office, the brief was sharp: a space that embodied their vibrant culture, welcomed talent daily, and served as a creative hub for filming, content creation, and collaboration.

Bringing the Life & Soul

Before we put pen to paper, we spent time really getting to know Connect, how they work, how their creators use the space, what energy they wanted people to feel the moment they walked in. The brief wasn't just about desks and meeting rooms. It was about building an environment that could hold everything Connect does at once: a professional agency, a creative studio, a community hub, and a backdrop for content that would be seen by millions.

That's a lot to ask of a single space. Getting it right meant understanding the rhythm of the place, the busy mornings, the evening events, the spontaneous shoots, the quiet heads-down moments in between.

We embraced the challenge by blending the building's existing brick and concrete textures with bold, energetic colour tones, bringing Connect's brand personality to life without overwhelming the space.

Every corner was designed to be visually engaging. For a team whose work lives on social media, the environment isn't just where they work, it's part of the content. Vibrant backdrops for selfie moments, filming spots that feel alive rather than staged, and a restless, shifting aesthetic created by glass elements with playful iridescent film applications that catch and reflect differently throughout the day.

A colour-changing lighting system does a lot of the heavy lifting, seamlessly transitioning the space from productive mornings to lively evenings without anyone having to lift a finger.

A Space for Everyone

A front-of-house social gathering space became a key feature of the design, flexible enough for evening talks, casual meet-ups, and industry events, but warm and welcoming enough to feel like somewhere you'd actually want to linger. This is a space that attracts talent, and first impressions matter.

To reflect Connect's fun and community-driven spirit, we wove in plenty of greenery and even a sweet shop, small details that tell you something real about a company's personality before anyone says a word.

Walking through the doors, visitors are greeted with music, movement, and an unmistakable energy.

Creative Impact

The creator economy doesn't slow down and neither does Connect. Since moving into their new space, they have continued to grow rapidly, expanding their roster, launching new services, and cementing their reputation as one of the most exciting talent businesses.

For an agency built around authenticity and culture, the office is part of the pitch, telling every creator, brand, and collaborator exactly what kind of company they're walking into. The space does what the best workplaces always do. It makes people feel like they're somewhere worth being.
