When Connect Management approached us to redesign their office, they had a clear vision: a space that embodied their vibrant culture, welcomed talent daily, and served as a creative hub for filming, content creation, and collaboration.
We embraced the challenge by blending the existing brick and concrete textures with bold, energetic colour tones—bringing the brand’s personality to life. Every corner was designed to be visually engaging, ensuring that social media talent and the Connect team had vibrant backdrops for selfie moments.
A 'front-of-house' social gathering space became a key feature, allowing for evening talks, casual meet-ups, and a cozy retreat for visitors. Glass elements with playful iridescent film applications enhanced the space’s dynamic energy, creating a constantly shifting aesthetic through reflected visuals. A colour-changing lighting system set the mood throughout the day, seamlessly transitioning from productive mornings to lively evenings.
To further amplify the brand’s culture, we incorporated plenty of greenery and even a sweet shop, reflecting Connect Management’s fun and community-driven spirit. Walking through their doors, visitors are greeted with music, movement, and an unmistakable energy—an office space designed to inspire, create, and connect.
